Businesses: Sponsorship, Support, & Participation

Help us meet our goal and see the festival revived to its fullest potential!

We are looking for event sponsors who want to see this new tradition flourish. Community members can donate today on our GiveButter platform!

Businesses can take part in several ways:

#1 BECOME AN UNDERWRITER

Support Flo Fest by placing an ad or logo on our promotional materials and event signage. Which include, but are not limited to:

• 1 XL event banner

• 6 large welcome signs with event maps will be placed around Main Street

• Approximately 200 full-color posters will be printed and distributed throughout Florence, Northampton, and Hampshire County.

• Approximately 800 scavenger hunt maps listing the events, with sponsorship logos, will be printed and distributed as an activity.

• Press releases and radio advertisements noting your support

• Business advertisement on our social media

• Advertise on our Sponsorship webpage 

For priority advertising on Flo Fest’s end, please donate and contact us no later than February 1st, 2026.

Flo Fest AURORA SPONSORSHIP - $5000

  1. Name a stage or event space after your business - with a large banner or sign

  2. Logo on large welcome signs at the main entry points of the event

  3. Logo on full-color posters, distributed throughout the Valley

  4. Press releases and radio advertisements noting your support

  5. Logo on scavenger hunt/ event maps

  6. Solo featured advertisement on our social media

  7. Solo featured advertisement on our Sponsorship webpage

Flo Fest SKY SPONSORSHIP - $2000

We are seeking one additional sponsor to help us fund a large event banner which can be hung across the Main and Maple intersection! This banner will not permanently have any date printed, but instead have sticker dates in order to reuse this banner annually (much like the banner for Open Studios at Arts & Industry at 221 Pine)! The FCBA logo and your logo will be the only 2 on the banner.

#2 PARTICIPATE AT FLO FEST

Join the party and help us keep the good times rollin’! Why not offer specials for the evening, serve food on the street, or promote your business to attendees by hosting an activity? Striving to pick up where Florence Night out left off, we project at least 2000 people in downtown Florence. Some great examples included:

  • Beer and wine tastings

  • Special menus or menu items

  • Entertaining and informational demonstrations 

  • Cornhole, face painting, and other fair-style games

  • Free bicycle valet at your place of business

  • Activities for children

  • Perform at Flo Fest!
     

We envision business participation to come in a variety of different ways, focusing on:
1. Showcasing the goods and services of your local business, highlighting the best of our lovely town of Florence and its neighbors
2. Offering community participation: Enjoying your food, collaborating on a public artwork, watching a performance, etc. How do you envision yourself at Flo Fest?

 

Note: All participating businesses will have their name (with linked website) listed on our Community Friends website page AND will be listed on our scavenger hunt/map handout

#3 FUNDRAISE AT THE REGISTER

Does your business interface with the community? Would your customers support Flo Fest through small donations? Gather these smaller, community-sourced donations by:

  • Placing a donation jar at your register or front counter 

  • Create a “Round Up” option at check out or an option to add on a donation

  • If you are collecting donations, please let us know ASAP!
    We’d love to give you a small advertisement to place by your register AND to share with our community that they can donate at your business

     

  • Once you've collected at least $25 in donations, please mail donations to:

#4 OFFERING UP YOUR TIME, SERVICES, OR GOODS

Many hands make light work! Would you or your business be interested in volunteering before, during, or after the event? Do you have any services or goods (such as event tables, chairs, stages, PA systems, tents, etc.) that we could borrow or utilize at a discount? We would be so grateful for in-kind help.
