#1 SPONSOR FLO FEST!
Become an underwriter and support Flo Fest by placing an ad or logo on our promotional materials and event signage. Which include, but are not limited to:
• 1 XL event banner
• 6 large welcome signs with event maps will be placed around Main Street
• Approximately 200 full-color posters will be printed and distributed throughout Florence, Northampton, and Hampshire County.
• Approximately 800 scavenger hunt maps listing the events, with sponsorship logos, will be printed and distributed as an activity.
• Press releases and radio advertisements noting your support

#2 PARTICIPATE AT FLO FEST
• Host a FREE activity booth and promote your business - simply email Chloe at westernmassflofest@gmail.com
• Vend your local eats & treats - click here to fill out the form!
• Perform your live music, dance routine, juggling routine, or improv set to the masses - click here to fill out the form!
Join the party and help us keep the good times rollin’! Striving to pick up where Florence Night Out left off, we project at least 2000 people in downtown Florence.
All participating businesses will have their name (with linked website) listed on our Community Friends website page and will be listed on our scavenger hunt/map handout.
Please note: this is a first-come, first-served application, meaning applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and those who submit early will receive priority acceptance notifications. We are only accepting a limited number of activity hosts and food vendors, so please get your application in as soon as you can!

At this time, we are not hosting an artisan market. Flo Fest is to be enjoyed primarily as a 100% free community event!

Does your business interface with the community? Would your customers support Flo Fest through small donations? Gather these smaller, community-sourced donations by:

Create a “Round Up” option at checkout or an option to add on a donation

If you are collecting donations, please let us know ASAP!
We’d love to help! We can give you a small advertisement to place by your register, provide you a donation box, AND to share with our community that they can donate at your business

#4 VOLUNTEERING & IN-KIND DONATIONS

Do you have any services or goods (such as event tables, chairs, stages, PA systems, tents, etc.) that we could borrow or utilize at a discount? We would be so grateful for in-kind help.
